• Light curtains and controllers                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               Warranty will only exist if DYH conducts the installation & takedown process.   Our product warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by the public. The warranty will cover against defective workmanship and materials.  Decorations may require maintenance over the term of the campaign to ensure they keep functioning as intended. This maintenance work is not considered a warranty issue.
  

           Replacement bulbs and light strings required for lighting maintenance are not covered under warranty.     

 If a product malfunctions whilst under warranty, will DYH replace the item?
Yes, in season one, labour to replace the product will be the responsibility of DYH. In Season Two and Subsequent Seasons, labour and any equipment rental charges to replace the product will be an additional cost to the client.
